The tevent_glib_tracker test binary uses tracker 2.x API
(tracker_sparql_connection_get_{async,finish}) which was removed in
tinysparql 3.x. Since it's a test-only binary (install=False,
for_selftest=True), disable it. The actual spotlight daemon rpcd_mdssvc
is unaffected.

Also disable spotlight on timemachine share.
