UBA slot data DXE driver for the LightningRidge EX EC B4 platform that publishes platform-specific PCIe slot configuration tables. Installs slot protocol interfaces with PSLT-signed slot table data (GPIO config base, slot config base, slot count) onto the DXE protocol database.
