UEFI DXE driver that populates static SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) configuration data for the NeonCity EPRP platform. Contains a large embedded ACPI namespace object table defining NVDIMM device configuration paths (_SB_.NVDR.N*) and chassis/thermal control objects (_SB_.CCT*, _SB_.CFH*) for platform firmware configuration.

• ModuleEntryPoint -- Driver entry; initializes UEFI boot/runtime services, loads and registers static SKU data blocks via LocateProtocol and protocol interface calls
• sub_5C8 -- Assertion failure reporter
